Members* enter our Natural Light, Open Air Cube with Plant Foliage, then warm-up on our E-Generating machines which power lights and air conditioning. After a warm-up, members will do a "HI-LIIT" workout on a set of ABC-M's (Aerobic, Balance, Core & Muscle Training) machines using their own bodyweight, in an organized assembly line fashion. Members then warm down with any excess energy on the E-fitness machines. This process maximizes the space of the Cube, and the time of the users.
