"Group Train"
An encouraging and fun group training session which covers the ABC-M's (Aerobic, Balance, Core, & Muscle Training). Using your own body weight, you will complete a circuit of cross training exercises with the "Training Group". 10 min group warm-up, 10 min "HI-LIIT" Method, 10 min group warm down. Experience High Energy results with less Injury.
Offered 7-7:30 PM Tues-Sundays (at the FitCube)
